Cascade Hotel - Lapaz

The staff, particularly the dayshift receptionist, were well-trained and friendly, the room was lovely with clean down pillows, and a bathtub was provided.

The location was quiet and the room was fairly clean. I've booked suite with breakfast and everything was excellent. The atmosphere created was special.

The bed was comfortable, the room was exceptionally comfortable and well-organised with breakfast. An electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware were nice. The location was peaceful yet it was metres from downtown area, just 10 minutes by foot. No complains at all, I had a great stay and would have stayed for longer.

I had such a great 4 nights staying at Cascade Hotel. the room I stayed in was neat and had AC. the walk-in shower, dryer, and bath sheets were available in the room. Onsite private parking was very convenient.

Appreciated spending my time in this clean brand-new hotel. The location was nice, overlooking city. The airport was 15 km away. Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Lapaz...

The room here is great, with a clean bathroom and comes with an electric kettle, air conditioning, and even a stone fireplace to cozy up by. the service was top-notch too! 🔥

The hotel's location next to the city center and Ghana was exceptionally good and peaceful. The staff, especially the dayshift receptionist, was friendly and welcoming. The stay was enjoyable, and I liked the place.

The customer service at Cascade Hotel was really good. I was personally greeted by the director upon arrival, who even offered to drive me from the airport. The staff, especially Susan and Matt at the reception, were friendly and cute. They promptly addressed any issues I had, like a slight AC problem, by providing me with another room. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and the English breakfast was delicious. I had a great experience and would definitely return to Cascade Hotel in Lapaz.

The hotel has a peaceful location and is well-maintained with helpful staff. Guests can enjoy the bar on the roof which offers a great view. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a big, comfortable bed. The breakfast, though basic, is decent with eggs and bread provided every day.

The staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming. There were no smiles or warm greetings upon arrival.

The staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a good variety. the hotel's location was convenient. It was close to my business meetings.

My room was not well maintained. the carpet had stains and the bathroom had a weird odor.
